Andhra Pradesh state launched the ‘Nadu-Nedu’ scheme for modernization of hospitals

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy recently launched the ‘Nadu-Nedu’ scheme. Underneath this scheme, government hospitals will be rationalized in three years. For this, the government will aid of Rs 15,337 crore. Under this structure, hospitals will be finished as the best hospitals in the country.

International Hockey has recently announced that the Junior Men’s Hockey World Cup 2021 will be held in India. While the Women’s Junior World Cup will be held at Potchefstroom, South Africa. Continental qualifier matches will be held this year.

Uttar Pradesh Govt announced the Youth Entrepreneurship Development Campaign and the Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme

The Uttar Pradesh government has announced two schemes in the budget. Under the Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme, the youth of the state will be provided on-job training and employment in MSME units. The stipend will also be provided during this time. Apart from this, youth entrepreneurship development campaign hubs will be set up in the state, in which two lakh youths will be provided different types of training under the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission. 100 crore and 50 crore rupees have been billed for these schemes correspondingly.

The Institute of Defense Studies and Analysis (IDSA) is named after Union Minister Manohar Parrikar

Manohar Parrikar was the defense minister of the nation from 2014 to 2017. Freshly the Institute of Defense and Analysis (IDSA) has been retitled Manohar Parrikar Institute of Defense Studies. He made a significant contribution to the One Rank One Pension One Scheme during his tenure. IDSA was founded in 1965. It aims to study various aspects of the defense sector.

Health card’ scheme launched

The Government of India has decided to celebrate February 19, 2020, as Silen Health Card Day. The Prime Health Card Scheme was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 19 February 2015. The purpose of this scheme was to evaluate the fertile capacity of the soil. Soil healthiness cards are distributed every two years under this scheme. This makes it easier for sharecroppers to put a good amount of manure in the arena, which has reduced the use of extra manure on a large scale.

Recommendation to keep Pakistan on suspicious list

On 18 February 2020, a sub-group of the global terrorist-financing watchdog FATF recommended that Pakistan be kept on the suspect list due to failure to control terrorist financing. This important decision was taken at the meeting of the International Cooperation Review Group (ICRG) of the FATF. Pakistan requirements 12 out of 39 ballots to exit the gray list and join the white list. The final decision in this regard will be taken on Friday when the FATF will look into the issues related to Pakistan.

Increased demand for online food in China

In the wake of Coronavirus infection, the number of people ordering online food items in China has increased. The Chinese government has appealed to people to stay indoors to gain control over the coronavirus. After this appeal, the number of people selling food items has increased significantly. In China, the death toll from Coronavirus has crossed 2,000 and a total of 74,185 cases have been confirmed. The National Health Commission (NHC) whispered that the death toll has amplified to 2,004. The World Health Organization (WHO) has already declared it an emergency.

Asian Wrestling Championship: Sunil Kumar gave India gold in Greco Roman after 27 years

Indian wrestler Sunil Kumar made history recently by winning the gold medal in the final of 87 kg weight category of Greco Roman on the first day of the Asian Wrestling Championship. Sunil Kumar became the third Indian to win a gold medal in Greco Roman. Sunil Kumar had to be content with the silver medal after losing in the final in 2019. Earlier, Sunil Kumar defeated Japan’s Takahiro Suruda 8–2 in the quarter-finals to enter the semi-finals. Sunil Kumar defeated Ajat Salidinov of Kyrgyzstan 5–0 in a one-sided match in the final. Before Sunil Kumar, Pappu Yadav won the gold medal in the 48 kg weight category of Greco Roman.

Legendary actress Kishori Balal dies

Bollywood and South cinema’s famous actress Kishori Balal has passed away recently. She was 82 years old. She was ill for a long time. Kishori Balal is best known for his Kaveri Amma character in actor Shah Rukh Khan’s film Swades. He underway his movie voyage in the year 1960. Apart from Bollywood films, he won millions of hearts with his performances in many regional films. Apart from Swades, Kishori Balal also worked in ‘Ayya’ and ‘Lafange Parinde’. He worked in more than 75 Kannada and Hindi films.
